New holiday drinks to order now and a look at next year's menu drops

Starbucks Eggnog Latte

Starbucks is starting December (and the holiday season) off with a merry start with the return of two beloved beverages starting today, Dec 2nd. Today, the Chestnut Praline Latte and the Eggnog Latte return to U.S. coffeehouses, offering two more selections to sip on while holiday shopping. The returning Chestnut Praline Latte is crafted with espresso, steamed milk, chestnut praline syrup, whipped cream, and a spiced praline crumble topping, while the Eggnog Latte is crafted with espresso, steamed eggnog, and topped with whipped cream and nutmeg.

In addition to these two returning favorites, Starbucks also switched up the 2025 holiday season with the addition of Eggnog Cream cold foam, which can be ordered atop any Starbucks cold beverage (giving you a chance to add a touch of holiday flavor to your go-to Starbucks order). Today also marks the first day the colorful new Starbucks x Roller Rabbit merchandise is available for purchase in stores.

Looking ahead to the new year, Starbucks has also just dropped a preview of what’s to come in early 2026. The winter 2026 menu preview highlights both returning seasonal favorites and new menu creations, such as new caramel protein drinks (Caramel Protein Matcha and Caramel Protein Latte). Fan-favorite pistachio beverages will return early next year, including the Pistachio Latte and Pistachio Cream Cold Brew. This year, Starbucks has added a third beverage to the pistachio lineup with the new Pistachio Cortado.

The winter 2026 menu preview also shows a new Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha, inspired by the viral customer creations and the popular Dubai chocolate trend.

The third Prohibition Collection revives long-dead labels from the years Buffalo Trace was licensed to bottle medicinal whiskey.
Alcohol, Beverage, Liquor

Buffalo Trace has a habit of turning its own history into whiskey, and the third edition of its Prohibition Collection is possibly the most extreme example yet.
