Luxury beachfront resort Nobu Hotel Los Cabos just announced new culinary leadership and refreshed menus to meet the changing needs to modern travelers. Executive Chef Diego Sobrino and Ana María Martínez Núñez, the resort’s newly appointed Director of Food & Beverage and certified Tequila Master, will lead this exciting evolution for this renowned resort.

New culinary leadership with Chef Diego Sobrino as Executive Chef will bring extensive expertise from Michelin-starred kitchens to the resort, alongside Ana María Martínez Núñez, bringing specialized expertise in agave spirits. Menus at both Ardea Steakhouse and Muna Restaurant will be refreshed, offering exciting new selections to both new and returning guests. The Muna Restaurant’s nine-signature-dish experience will also be refreshed with new flavors.

Of course, Nobu Hotel Los Cabos also features the signature Nobu Restaurant and Bar, located on the beachfront of the Pacific Ocean. This spot delivers the famed Nobu experience with remarkable views, giving guests an array of luxury dining options to explore during their stay.
