Jägermeister is releasing a new flavor perfect for citrus fans

If you love the original Jägermeister, you'll enjoy this new flavor

When it comes to herbal liqueurs, there are few names bigger than Jägermeister. It’s a staple for get-togethers, tailgates, and any time you want that warming, herbal, memorable flavor. But, if you’re looking for a change of pace, the iconic German brand recently announced a new, citrus-centric flavor.

Jägermeister Orange

It’s called Jägermeister Orange and, as the name suggests, it’s a citrus-forward take on the classic herbal liqueur. Made in Germany using the same maceration process as the original Jägermeister, this unique flavored version gets its citrus aroma and flavor from oils extracted from orange and mandarin peels. Specifically, each bottle of this new release features extracted oil from three different Sicilian oranges.

The result is a 33-proof, citrus-driven herbal liqueur that’s best enjoyed right out of the freezer as a shot (like the original Jägermeister you know and love) or as an ingredient in your favorite cocktail. Who wouldn’t want to add a hit of herbal, orange to their favorite mixed drinks?

“Jägermeister has always been about bringing people together,” Cindy Wang Simms, CMO for Jägermeister US, says.

“With Jägermeister Orange, we’re introducing a new flavor experience that captures that same spirit of connection and energy, now with a fresh citrus profile. Its taste embodies the freedom and spontaneity of summer, whenever you want it.”

Where can I buy it?

If you love the original Jägermeister and want to try Jägermeister Orange, you can purchase a bottle at alcohol retailers throughout the US for the suggested retail price of $22.99. It’s a must-have for fans of herbal liqueur and orange-flavor liqueurs.

Long before Kentucky bourbon took over the American whiskey conversation, Maryland was distilling quality juice: rye whiskey. The folks at Sagamore Whiskey have spent years trying to bring that legacy back, and this month it's making the case twice.

First off, the Baltimore-based company (which you may remember as Sagamore Spirit) is dropping a wide-release: Sagamore High Rye Straight Bourbon goes national July 1 at an SRP of $50.
