The makers of your favorite affordable dress shoes just got easier to buy, as Jack Erwin shoes will now be sold via its first wholesale — and only — partnership with Nordstrom. What does that mean for you? It’s a whole lot of good news for discerning menswear fans.

Known for a smartly curated, handsome assortment of beautiful leather dress boots — including captoe boots and Chelsea boots — plus slick dress shoes and stylish boat shoes, the Nordstrom partnership brings Jack Erwin footwear to 10 retail locations (from Chicago to L.A.) and Nordstrom.com.  The brand opened its Tribeca Fitting Room in New York City in November 2014, but this move is significantly more substantial for the company.

“Nordstrom is the ideal partner for our first-ever wholesale experience. We have the utmost respect for them and very much admire and align with their focus on providing men with an exceptional shopping experience,” said Ariel Nelson, Jack Erwin’s co-founder (along with Lane Gerson).

It’s a big move for a brand that’s doubled its revenue since its launch in October 2013 — and once sold out of its firs

t stock of shoes in just two months. They’ve since proven a hot commodity for their mix of style and affordable pricing — pillars to which every guy should aspire.

And for those who simply can’t wait to get their hands on more Jack Erwin shoes, Nordstrom will be more than amply stocked. The assortment — which debuted at select retail locations and online last week — includes the handsome Joe Cap-Toe Oxford and the sharp Noah Quarter-Brogue Oxford.

The preppy and sleek Abe Penny Loafer also joins the rotation. Those who need a pair of go-anywhere shoes for a stylish business casual office look are also in luck — the Adam Wingtip Oxford is ready for any office style scenario.

The brand said it’s looking forward to providing customers with the chance to get up close and personal with its sharp, sleek and stylish dress shoes — and for those who’ve only experienced the brand online, that’s about as good as it gets.
