Among serious cycling enthusiasts, ASSOS is a brand equated with the ultimate pinnacle of performance and luxury. From their R&D and projects with Team USA and Switzerland, to equipping serious mountain bikers for the fabled Cape Epic Stage Race, ASSOS’s attention to detail in building the finest apparel for riding is readily evident.
However, ASSOS is not just a brand for pro riders and crazed enthusiasts who ride hundreds of miles a week. From Saturday afternoon café rides to pre-work dirt trails, you’ll find ASSOS products in every corner of cycling. With growing legions of fans, ASSOS has built a cadre of elite and local riders, trainers, and partner brands across the country to nurture the United States’ burgeoning cycling community. In that vein, they’ve partnered with DuVine Cycling ± Adventure Co. for their inaugural CAMPionissimo Cycling Camp.
Much more than a simple cycling adventure, CAMPionissimo will feature daily rides with ASSOS athletes and ambassadors, as well a professional guides from DuVine. They’ve also partnered with Tyler Hamilton Training to provide coaching opportunities for riders. How often do you get the opportunity to get training tips from Tour de France and Pro Tour riders and coaches? (Just don’t ask them about Lance).
On the nutrition side of things, Skratch Labs will be providing their hydration drinks, and The Feed will have packages for riders to test out. Additionally, ASSOS has arranged for post-ride presentations from experts across cycling, cross-training, apparel, and nutrition disciplines. On top of all of this, did we mention that the entire event is free?
CAMPionissimo kicks off November eleventh and runs for ten days from ASSOS’s basecamp at the iconic Jimtown Store in Healdburg, California. Whether you’ve got plans to just hit the opening weekend, or want to immerse yourself in ten days of cycling, make sure to get registered for the event.
