Lenny Kravitz’s Design Firm Unveils 75 Kenmare, A Curated Collection of 38 Stunning Homes

You probably know Lenny Kravitz as the father of the beautiful Zoë Kravitz, or as the rebel rocker behind songs like “American Women,” but did you know that he’s also behind a design firm called Kravitz Design?

Growing up in New York with creatives who have impeccable taste exposed Kravitz to some of the most eye-catching homes around, so now he’s taking the knowledge and expertise he garnered and applying that to interior design. Kravitz Design is responsible for luxury suites in hotels in Las Vegas and Miami, as well as a rock-and-roll-inspired collection for CB2.

“Home should be a place where you feel like yourself and where your spirit is comfortable,” said Lenny Kravitz, and now the multi-hyphenate created a place that you can call home. Kravitz Design, along with architect André Kikoski and real estate developer DHA Capital, are the mavens behind 75 Kenmare, “a highly curated collection of 38 homes” located in New York’s Nolita neighborhood. The residential building just announced sales. Seventy-five Kenmare comes equipped with everything one needs. Upon entering guests are greeted by a 24-hour concierge, who stands behind a Portuguese Slate reception desk in an area surrounded by the finest materials — millwork wood, a smoked-glass wall, and custom-cut quartzite, granite and marble floors.

Once inside, elevators with a landing made of quartzite and titanium travertine, and bronze doors with oak paneling await to take you to your place. The residences come with sweeping views of the city and White Oak flooring, custom matte white lacquer cabinetry, marble countertops and integrated Gaggenau appliances. The master bedrooms offer a sense of tranquility so that you can get a restful night’s sleep. While 75 Kenmare comes with a gym and an entertaining area in the building, one of its most covetable features is its parking; cars are stored hidden away until a state-of-the-art system brings them to you to take you on your next journey.

Jason Segel in Shrinking

Although Apple TV+ has a number of hits on its hands, Shrinking has proven to be one of the service's most successful shows over the course of its first two seasons. After the second season wrapped up in December of 2024, fans have been eagerly anticipating a third outing.

In a video shared across Apple TV's various social media channels, we see Jason Segel and Harrison Ford addressing the show's cast and crew as production wraps.

The show now has a name and a release date.
The trailer for Pluribus.

After spending more than a decade in the world of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, Vince Gilligan is finally branching out into something new. The new series, which is coming from Apple, is called Pluribus and stars Rhea Seehorn, who also starred in Better Call Saul.

Now, we've got our first teaser for the new show, and it's just as baffling as you might expect. In the teaser, we see a woman licking every donut in a box of donuts, as well as a sign that says "Help yourself" along with a smiley face. The teaser is just 30 seconds long, and we don't see Seehorn or have any context for what the show is about.
