High on Hops: American Craft Beer Week 2015
Monday kicks off American Craft Beer Week, the tenth annual nationwide recognition of small breweries and the boundary-pushing beers they produce.
American Craft Beer Week has served as a yearly rallying cry for fans of small, independent breweries since its inception in 2006. The goal is to connect beer lovers with local and regional beer makers through special events. With more than 3,200 craft breweries currently operating in the United States, there are literally thousands of reasons to celebrate.
Events are scheduled from May 11th to May 17th in all fifty states, ranging from simple toasts at corner pubs to tap takeovers, beer pairing dinners, mini beer festivals and all-out parties.
