We found the perfect gift for the martini lover in your life, even if it’s yourself. For holiday 2013, GREY GOOSE teamed with French fine crystal house Baccarat for one of the coolest collaborations we’ve seen all year. The “Always Stirred, Never Shaken” martini kit takes French luxury to a new level with all the tools to make a perfect cocktail.

Housed in a custom-cut metal case lined with imported French felt, the GREY GOOSE Baccarat gift box includes a strainer, jigger, four olive picks, spoon, mixing cup, voucher to claim a bottle of GREY GOOSE Original from 877-SPIRITS and two handsome Baccarat crystal martini glasses. Designed to hold the perfect martini, the glass’s wide brim produces surface tension to bring out GREY GOOSE’s bouquet, and the thick, ornate stem helps to maintain the cocktail’s temperature. We think James Bond would be super proud.

The GREY GOOSE Baccarat gift box coincides with the launch of the GREY GOOSE FLY BEYOND campaign to celebrate Francois Thibault, the creator of GREY GOOSE and his pursuit to create the world’s best tasting vodka. To this day, he oversees the crafting of GREY GOOSE and tastes every batch to ensure it lives up to its reputation of consistency and exceptional quality.

Pea puree with fish

Are you thinking of changing your diet? If a healthier you is on the to-do list this year, you might consider the pescatarian diet. At its core, the pescatarian diet eliminates all meat except for fish and seafood. Plenty of research tells us eating red meat increases your chances of heart disease and even death by 3% to 7%. The study even suggests that eating poultry twice a week increases these risks by 4%.

You may have heard of the Blue Zone Diet. If you're not familiar, Blue Zones are areas around the world where people live the longest, healthiest lives. The research was conducted by Dan Buettner, a National Geographic fellow and bestselling author. These zones are located in Japan, Italy, Costa Rica, Greece, and California. There are a number of practices you can put in place to follow the Blue Zone Diet if you wish. However, for our purposes, it's simply important to note that the people living the longest and healthiest lives were neither vegans nor meat-eaters. They're pescatarians.
What is the pescatarian diet?
